Purchases;-

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

0.6. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

We Can use your contact details to Contact( Call/SMS/Email ) you through a third party platform/vendor.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY WEB SITES OR SERVICES.

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Termination:-
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.
All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
- Selling SocialPreneur courses at lower prices by offering cash-backs, discounts or any other kind of offer(s).
- Selling your affiliate ID or affiliate/customer account to anyone.
- Display of fake/misleading earnings/income proof by editing your own dashboard or using someone else’s dashboard and manipulating it by showing it in your name and as your own income proof.
- Talking to any existing affiliate as a lead/prospect to know their process of conversion or promoting the courses.
- Abusing or use of disrespectful words/tone while communicating with fellow affiliates, customers, service partners and SocialPreneur staff.
- Any kind of manipulation/misinterpretation of facts or information related to SocialPreneur.
- Promoting any other business to the fellow Affiliates/Customers of SocialPreneur.
*Company will not entertain or try to resolve any types of personal disputes (like exchange of money, conflicts on any matter whatsoever, etc.) of leads, affiliates with each other or that of affiliates with their leads.
NOTE: In case of violation of any of these guidelines, the rights to affiliate the SocialPreneur courses could be temporarily suspended or permanently taken away without any prior notice. But you can still have access to your courses.
Make Yourself Safe From Fraudlant Moments:-
1) Da-Socialpreneur Support Team only uses official email ids i.e dasocialpreneur@gmail.com or with the domain extension @socialpreneur.in (like info@socialpreneur.in) to communicate with our users and affiliates. Kindly avoid any communication with any other mail id.
2) SocialPreneur Support Team never asks for any OTP, your SocialPreneur account password, or any other kind of password from you. Beware of any fraud asking you for the same.
3) If someone from the Affiliate/Customer Support team requests you to share any details like your registered number, email, etc., then share it on the official Whatsapp Support i.e +918368985403 of SocialPreneur or email id having the extension of @socialpreneur.in only.
4) SocialPreneur has only one Support Number active on Whatsapp i.e. +91-8368985403 for all kind of issues. Kindly do not reach out to us on any other number through Whatsapp. Please feel free to contact us for your queries on the chat support option given on your dashboard in the Bottom Right Corner.
5) For any announcements, SocialPreneur uses the official social media handles already available on your dashboard only. ( Login->Click On Top-Left Bar-> Community Links> Official handles ) Note: Beware of any fake groups. Trust our official social media handles for any official information only.
6) SocialPreneur Affiliate/Customer Support Team never asks for money for any kind of training, promotion, or support after you enroll in the courses. In case of any paid training or anything that is chargeable, will be publicly announced on our official handles only. Beware of those people who ask for money from you in the name of SocialPreneur.
7) Never take any registration amount (full or in parts) from your lead into your account, if you’re found doing so, your affiliate id might get suspended or permanently disabled. Make the registration only through officially designated payment methods (affiliate link, SocialPreneur RazorPay link, SocialPreneur official UPI, or net banking to the company’s account).
8) The company is not responsible for any monetary transactions in any individual’s account (even the Company’s employee’s account) other than official Bank Account of SocialPreneur.
Changes to Service:-
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
Amendments to Terms
We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.
